Alice in Wonderland Cafè Shinjuku – Tokyo
If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn’t. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn’t be. And what it wouldn’t be, it would. You see?

Are you ready to go down the rabbit hole?
As you enter the place you will be welcomed by Alice and she will bring you to Wonderland!
The name of the restaurant is Alice in Fantasy Book, in Japanese 絵本の国のアリス and it is located in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
Every detail will be there, red roses, green hedge, playing cards and of course the white rabbit!
As you enter you will be asked to choose a hairband. Which would you pick? Alice blue ribbon? The white rabbit ears or the March Hare ears?
Oh, you can’t help that,” said the cat. “We’re all mad here.

Now wear your headband and enter into Alice’s Wonderland directly through the cover of the book!
The menu is a pop up book and it is filled with classic Alice drawings in Victorian style.
There are appetizers and main dishes. There is even a section dedicated to avocado dishes. It made me very happy because I love avocado!
Everywhere there is something Alice themed, cards stating “eat me”, bottles with “drink me” and all the staff is dressed as Alice characters. Disney songs are playing and you will not resist singing. I recommend going for tea and sweets but also for a meal.
The dishes are not only unique for the way they are decorated but also tasty and made with fresh ingredients. Drinks are also a must try, colorful and delicious, mine had a rabbit shaped orange slice hanging from the edge of the glass.
